Doug Harr is a partner at StrataFusion Group, Inc. He has more than 30 years of information security experience, and has managed IT and facilities teams of five to 140 employees and budgets of up to $50 million.
Prior to joining StrataFusion, Harr was CIO at Splunk, Inc., where he successfully built IT and facilities teams that supported both the company’s own infrastructure as well as Splunk’s cloud offering to clients. He successfully managed this team through Splunk’s transition to a public company, passing all SOX audits and SOC II for cloud.
Prior to Splunk, Harr built IT departments at Ingres and Portal Software. Harr spent the middle part of his career building a packaged software sales and consulting business that generated $35 million in revenue.
Harr is a speaker and teacher in the San Francisco Bay Area and a contributing author to CIO Perspectives. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a computer science concentration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Brian Johnson has extensive practical experience in global program implementation and management. Johnson became CISO of Lending Club in April 2015. He joined the company as a senior information security professional in December 2014.
Previously, he has held information security, operations and engineering positions at Netflix, Brocade, ForeScout and Concord Communications (since acquired by CA). Johnson attended Stanford University’s Center for Professional Development and St. Mary’s College of California. He is a member of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA).
As Senior Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Services at Tangible Security, Matt Rahman is responsible for the division’s earnings, strategy, channel, and operations.
Rahmann has more than three decades of experience providing IT and cybersecurity solutions to enterprise clients. Prior to joining Tangible Security in 2016, he served as chief strategy officer at IOActive where he rolled out new Internet of Things, medical device, automobile, and other industry-driven solutions and services, increasing revenue. Previously, he built and managed strategic alliances and led business development at Damballa, Solutionary, and IBM’s Internet Security Systems (ISS).
In addition to serving as an Advisory Board member at IKANOW, Rahman sits on the Boards [of Directors? Advisory Boards?] of Indegy, Aunigma, CyberLaunch, InfraGard and Evolution Academy. He is an adjunct professor of information security at ITT Technical Institute and a contributing member of CSA, ISSA, and HTCA. Rachman holds an MBA with a focus on Global Management from the New York Institute of Technology.
